Each entrepreneur will have a fixed salary and they will be on a probation period of 90 days. In those 90 days they will have to execute at least 3 transactions which will allow them to earn the quarterly incentives discussed at the time of the interview.
No Transactions in 90 days will be considered as (non performance) which will lead to immediate termination from the company.
However At least one transaction in 90 days will give them immunity of 90 more days to each entrepreneur but will fail to earn quarterly incentives.
Minimum eligibility to earn quarterly incentives is 3 transactions per quarter.
Every quarter there will be a review meeting held in the Head office with the entire team where they will be asked to present the road map for the next quarter.
Each entrepreneur will be classified in 3 categories Silver, Gold & Platinum.
Silver entrepreneur is just a survivor who meets the 90 days guidelines to survive which is one transaction per quarter.
Gold entrepreneur is a performer which meets the 90 days guidelines of 3 transactions per quarter and is eligible to earn quarterly incentives.
Platinum entrepreneur is a super performer which crosses all the targets of 3 transactions per quarter.
After first quarter each entrepreneur will have a physical silver, gold & platinum card with them with company logo which will define their identity.
Every year there will be Annual meet held anywhere in outstation where promotions will be announced. Minimum criteria for promotion is to at least have a Gold card.
However Silver card can be considered for promotion in the annual review only if revenue generated by the Silver entrepreneur meets the minimum guidelines of 60 lacs net revenue to the company per annum.
Platinum card holder is eligible for minimum 25% increment on the current pay.
